How can I report the number of tests being blocked by a defect/bug?
Hi, I'd like to report defects/bugs and the number of tests they are blocking? Looking online there used to be a report for 'Top Defects Impacting Testing' which is exactly what I'm after but unfortunately the report is no longer available. Is there any other way to generate this level of detail? Thanks.Solved2KViews0likes2CommentsCustom Field Values and assigning existing defects at the time of execution

Our Jira integration stopped syncing few days back for any new defects created in QAComplete or bugs created in JIRA. Below are the messages we are seeing more often in the logs whilesome of the existing links get synced up but not in real-time: StatusCode: (SecureChannelFailure)ResponseBody: StatusCode: 401 (Unauthorized) Melissa_Campbelhad reported an issue earlier in March and things seem to be working and then more issues occurring recently in May.999Views0likes0CommentsAutomatically Re-assign a Defect to the Owner when Status is set to "Resolved".
At the time the Status of a Defect is set to "Resolved", I'd like to have the capability (via an Escalation rule or Workflow) to reset the value of the "Assigned To" field back to the Owner of the Defect. Right now this is a manual process which we often get complaints about. Users ask why the system can't populate the "Assigned To" field programmatically. I could accomplish this via the Escalation Rule or Workflow if the value of the Defect Owner was included in the list which unfortunately it isn't.700Views0likes0Comments
