For our software there is a warehouse management web service, I'm starting to write tests for it however the namemapping keeps changing.
TC could not find the page, so I re-recorded some steps and noticed it kept changing the namemapping after the page was closed and reopened.
all these should be on the same page. but every time i record it changes the number at the end
Is there anything I can do to force it to stay the same?
The URL changes everytime,
http://"Local-IP "/Inslag/PlaatsInBak/"Long random number-string"/
the "long random number string" keeps changing to a different value,
so the namemapping makes a new entry everytime.
I actually just fixed it by using wildcards in the namemapping. I don't know why I didnt think about this before
