Thanks it worked.
But now I have a application which has different fields and i am unable to run the keyword tests which were recorded as test complete is now not identifying the fields.
I.e the window which I have shown below we need to enter symbol, but testcomplete is not able to identify the symbol object
When i used object spy, it is not identify the fields, it is just identifying the whole order entry window, what can be done

Try restarting TC. Try reinstalling TC. If the issue had occurred after upgrading TC, then most likely it's an issues with the latest version.
