How to Reallocate Licenses Between Offline License Server and Online License Pool?

Our organization purchased 6 floating licenses for TestComplete, and we’ve set up a license server to support offline testing in our on-prem environment. However, when our license manager initially configured the offline server, they assigned all 6 licenses to the offline server. This removed them from our online SmartBear License Portal, leaving none available for remote/online use.

We need to adjust this setup so that some licenses remain on the offline server (for on-prem use), while others are returned to our online account for remote use.  Is there a way to deactivate some of the licenses from the offline license server and return them to the online License Portal?

    As these types of licenses are different I think that you would need to work with your account manager and support.
