5 years agothis seems like a bug, and should be fixed via a support ticket https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/
they will most likely ask for you to use the report generator utility

5 years agopeacht Could you let me know what TestComplete version you are using? Please make sure that it is the most recent one - v. 14.60.
If the update doesn't help, then, as hkim5 said, a support ticket is a good next step.
