Try troubleshooting the issue in the following way:
- Execute your test to reproduce the issue.
- Navigate to the corresponding error in the Test Log.
- Click the Additional Info tab of this error – you should get a detailed description of why you get this error, as well as the list of steps that can help you resolve it.
