Hierarchy of articles

Hi,  I just have  a question, namely I would like to structure my documents (articles) in different folders.  And each folder should have two additional levels of subfolders. So that the hierarchy depth would be 3 (levels). Is this possible with Spotlight and if yes, please give me a hint how to do it. Thanks.
