Zephyr Scale not working
Hi, I attempted to use Zephyr Scale as I normally do, but this time it didn't respond. I clicked on Zephyr Scale several times with no result. I am getting an Unexpected server error every time I try to run an automated test case. I checked dev tools for more details and this is the payload: {message: "Unexpected server error", errorId: "45545c83-2dad-4400-ab8f-c40f7b2b68fe"}. I tried clearing my cache, and I also checked with my colleague if he can run the test. It didn't work. I'd like to run a report on our test cases that groups them by who created them so that we can better align which folder they are in (based on the area of the product that person is most likely working on). The reports, when exporter, do show who created a test case, but I can't find a report that shows me ALL of the test cases. Is there a way to report on Test Case "created by" - and filter by person? I've tried various exports of lists of test cases, but I can't define which fields to show and it doesn't export the name of the person who created. I've checked out some of the reports, but they don't actually export a list of every single test case in our repository. thanks!96Views0likes5CommentsError for licence

Hi! I'm encountering a problem with character encoding when importing test cases using a UTF-8 .csv file. Specifically, Swedish characters like ö, ä, and å are not being converted correctly into custom fields of type Text Field (single line). These characters display correctly in standard fields, but in custom fields, Ö is imported and displayed as Ö. Hi, I'm in the process of organizing the test cases of a project into folders. The current structure is as depicted in this screenshot. As you can see, there are 28 of the total test cases that don't belong into any folder yet. I was wondering if there is a way to filter all test cases that are outside of any folder, since checking manually all of the 551 would be quite laborious. I can easily filter test cases inside a folder, but at first sight I don't see a explicit way of filtering those outside a folder. If you have any idea if what I need is even possible I would be thankful if you let me know. Sometime today, the test player stopped loading for everyone on my team. This means we cannot use Zephyr Scale at all for testing and we are effectively blocked. Anytime we click on a test cycle to run it, we get a blank screen, completely empty.
