Use case:
We run our tests on custom build Amazon Images.
However, to maintain the overview, Tags are used to identify images (also used for cost / management).
Please improve LoadComplete so that Tags (keys and values) can be given in LoadComplete, and these values are being set when the Amazon Image is created.
