Cypress option does not exists

The option is available only on the Server/DataCenter version of Zephyr Squad. If you are using Squad Cloud you need to convert the results file to the formats supported today, for e.g., a JUNIT format and upload it by selecting the JUNIT option.

Could you please confirm if you are using Squad Cloud or Squad Server/DC?
