I can see only option as attach files&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Have you tried pasting images into the test step textboxes - that works for me.
Example:

If you click within the area for step/data/result you will get this option:This embeds the image so it can be seen rather than the attachment that needs to be downloaded to be viewed.Hope this helps :)
