How to get value parameters for test data, via REST API

Hello,

I am using the Zephyr Scale Cloud.

I would like to integrate it with another system to do automation tests. but I did not find an endpoint, where I could get the value of the parameters, that were passed into the Test Case.

Could someone give me a suggestion please
