Not seen this before. I wonder if you have the same issue using another browser?
Can I suggest you contact SmartBear support - I'm sure they'll be able to help with this.
its resolved. Looks like some permission issue. Admin made some changes in settings against my permission and i was able to view things as expected. Thanks !!
