Zephyr Integration with ServiceNow

Thanks for  your message. 

 

Currently there is no Service Now integration like the integration you mentioned with Jira. 

 

That said I would check our ideas portal to raise an enhancement for future functionality.

Here you can create an idea, as you can see some of the ideas/features already raised are quite complex but they are being voted for by our userbase for traction/popularity and where feasible they are then put on our roadmap and implemented as a result.
