Why can't I find the TestComplete version 11.30.2298 for upgrade from 11.11.1064.7?

Question

Hello, I am currently using the Testcomplete 11.11.1064.7. I just upgrade my firefox browser to 45. I'll need to upgrade my testcomplete to 11.30.2298 but I can't find it. Also, the patch for the firefox 45 only contains the tcFFHook.xml file. Right now, I can't use the Object Spy in the Testcomplete to find the objects in the firefox. Please help.

The latest official version&nbsp;is 11.31.2420&nbsp;Previous versions you can find clicking on "Show other versions" link on the "My Products" page.

Thank you very much for your reply! &nbsp;How do I got to "My Product" page? &nbsp;Do you have more details instructions? &nbsp;When I click on "Productucts &gt; TestComplete" It took me to this page&nbsp;https://smartbear.com/product/testcomplete/web-module/overview/#_ga=1.255186312.1234274549.1458243707 which is for the trial version. &nbsp;I do not want a trial version and need to upgrade my existing 11.11 to 11.30. &nbsp;Thanks!&nbsp;Carol
