unable to spy any object in GUI , when i opened Test Complete 14 not in admin mode , It is working properly when i open in admin mode , we need to configure it to Jenkins so we don't want test complete to be opened in admin mode can you please resolve my issue

one more update is it is working with other GUI properly even in non admin mode , only issue is I'm facing in one GUI

Might it be that this problematic application is started with elevated (admin) permissions? (Maybe by Jenkins?)
If it is, then TestComplete must have same access level to be allowed by Windows OS to access and control internals of the tested application.
application is working fine in another machines , only in a specific machines im getting this issue , when we open Test Complete in normal mode then I'm unable to spy few of the screens , i am not supposed to run in admin mode , that is my requirement can you pls help me to proceed further
