Unable to get property checkpoint

Hello! As shown in image below when i try to select the "ComTest is not running" text for a property checkpoint i am unable to select it, the whole area is selected (in red). This has not been an issue earlier. Test Complete is installed ON the virtual machine itself.

Help is very much appriciated!

      Hi Rraghvani, yes it has been working before but not on this remote desktop (virtual machine)

        Using your local machine that has TC, it's not possible for TC (and other automation tools) to recognise any controls within the RDP. What you see on the RDP is streamed data/video feed, and not the actually UI objects.
