TSpeedButton not recognized 64bit DelphiXE-8

Our application (built with Delphi) recently upgraded to XE-8 from XE2.

in 64bit application TSpeedButton dose not recogniced.

but working fine with 32bit version.

in this thred it says will not support for it (at that time) but now with TC 11 it's supported

any idea?
