Well, right at the top there is the "Exists" property which is False... so, you can't retrieve any properties for an object that does not exist, hence the error you're getting.
Could you paste in the script that you're using to do the comparison? It might be that you need to add in some "wait" routine of some sort to wait for the object to render, instantiate, etc., before you attempt your comparison.
