how to click on unrecognized button ( by xy coordinate relative to recognized window)?

I can't get TC to replay/recognize a clicked button from the recording.

 

I tried to insert a new item into our test but couldn't get any of them to work right and wasn't sure where to look in the docs.

There was an (old?) reference to an OCR plugin, which maybe we need?

    ps here is the error ; There are several objects in the system that match the recognition attributes of the "wndFNWND31202" mapped object. This may cause the "Object not found" error. Objects Sys.Process("Tessitura").Window("FNWND3120", "", 1) Sys.Process("Tessitura").Window("FNWND3120", "Tessitura STAGING System Refreshed On: Dec 12 2014 11:23AM. - [Order No : ]", 2) To solve the problem, you may need to modify mapping settings for the "wndFNWND31202" object or one of its parent objects.
