Dropdown


Hello TestComplete Support,



When a TestScript is made by the application Testcomplete. When running the testscript it fails to open a Drop-Down box. I’ve made a Tabel_Checkpoint but still it doesn’t open de Dro-Downbox and select a status. Could you tell me how I can solve this problem.

    1. Which drop-down control are you using (its name and version)?


    2. What task do you want to perform with the control?


    3. What test are you executing?

    What do you mean with wich dropdown controle am i using?



    I'm trying to make a new ServiceCall with a FormApplication. When clicking on status a drop-downbox opens. When executing the test  TestComplete gives the error object does not exist. TestComplete gives this error because the drop-downbox doesn't open. When opening it manually the test succeeds.

    I think there is one method "Dropdown" for combobox to open the combobox. please search the list of available methods. sorry i gave you only half solution. i also faced such issue earlier.
