Connecting to QAComplete via Integration Bridge

Hi all,



I tried to connect QAComplete (trial) to TestComplete (trial) today as part of my evaluation prior to recommending we purchase the software.



Unfortunately I got an error and I don't know why. Has anyone else run into this problem?



I have my project suite saved on my local hard drive (C:) so it seems like I shouldn't need the Remote Data Source bridge, just the initial one (I installed the remote just in case). I have a QAComplete account which I can access, but when I click the Load Projects button on the bridge it says I'm not authorized. Any ideas?

    One of the main requirements for this bridge is as follows:


    Internet connection WITHOUT using a proxy (the web service used by the bridge is not compatible with using a proxy)


     


    Do you use proxy to access the Internet?


     


    If this doesn't help, please submit a support case to our QAComplete Support Team.

    As far as I know I'm not connecting via a proxy as shown by this screenshot.



    I've submitted a ticket and am told that your people are getting the same error on their side.
