Access violation at adress xxxxx in module 'tcRTL.bpl', Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF...

In debug mode, when I try to see value of any array, it gives me above error. (Refer screenshot). 

 

Error comes when i click on + button of array in watchlist.

 

Code runs fine when not in debug mode.
