Darshan Hiranandani : How can I create an external service in Salesforce to integrate Helpjuice

Hi Team,

I am Darshan Hiranandani, in the process of setting up an external service in Salesforce to connect our Einstein Bot with Helpjuice. I am looking to see if anyone has successfully completed a similar integration.

Specifically, I need to know if Helpjuice requires an open API for this connection. If anyone has experience with this or can provide guidance on how to proceed, your input would be greatly appreciated.
