SocketTimeoutException Read timed out -> SSL and WS*

With SoapUI Pro v4.5.1 I am trying to send a request to a Webservice. This one has SSL and WS* security. After a lot of attempts I managed to encrypt the request that has to be sent. Unfortunatly I get a "SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" when I am sending a request to the webserver.
Did I miss something in the configuration? Or did I forget something somewhere else?
SoapUI Pro is configured with following settings:
In my Request the username, password and domain are filled with the correct values.
