    API_Guy , Richie is correct, it is better to address licensing questions to either Sales or Support.

Hey API_Guy,

Dont know much about floaters but i think you have a couple of choices.

Considering this relates to licensing id be tempted to raise a call with Smartbear. Last time i checked floaters cost 4500UK Sterling, so i suspect Smartbear would respond pretty quickly to help you out considering how much cash youre coughing up!
