Query regarding license activation

Not able to post in soapui pro support forum(can't see new topis button there), that's why posting here.

I already had an activated license and it was about to expire in 16 days.

Bought new licenses then(not renewed existing ones as serial number for new license is different) and tried to update license.

It is every time giving me error

Unable to activate license
Connection refused: connect
Please try again or contact your administrator if problem persists
