How to invoke factory xml during maven

How to invoke factory xml from maven . We have customized soapui and added few factory classes. Now we need to inegrate it with maven. How can i do customize soapui?

    What do you mean by few factory classes & invoking? what does it they do?

      I have created custom factories classes and i am invoking my test suites from maven . So i can i register those newly created factory classes in maven.
