Cannot call any Endpoints - error is Connection to http://localhost:8000 refused

    I figured it out. I had used a proxy service for a little while. I turned the proxy off and continued using SoapUI. SoapUI crashed and did not save the proxy disabled setting. So, I've disabled the proxy and now it all works.

     

    File->Preferences->Proxy Settings->

    Changed Manual back to Automatic
