Please allow users with Member role to edit tags

Hi

I noticed that people with Member role cannot add tags to Scenarios, and there is required Admin role for this action. During editing tag is displayed error on UI and in network I noticed 401 response. Can you please allow users with Member role possibility to edit/add/remove tags?

    It was temporary problem, currently it is working properly.

    Is there any other option to receive answer faster?
