Known Issue: "Installer.app is damaged and can't be opened" error when installing client on OSX Mountain Lion

This is actually bad messaging on Apple's part. To fix this, go to your System Preferences window and then click on Security and Privacy. From the general tab, change the "Allow Applications Downloaded From" section to have "Anywhere" selected. The installer should then work as expected.

Another alternate workaround you can try is to delete the quarantine attribute on the downloaded installer. So from terminal, run this command:

    xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ccollab_client_7_3_7302_macos.dmg

Note: This command is just an example for our v.7302 installer. You'd have to taylor it for your particicular installer version.
