AQTIME 8.50 - can not see live count in classes and objects.

Hello,

we are using AQTIMR 8.50.

our windows application environment: Delphi XE6.

defined allocation profiler with x64 project

the allocation profiler process finished successfully (without any errors)

but,

on results tab:

1. classes data section -we see data but no live count value( shows zero in all classes)- see attached jpeg -item#1

2. In object section- no data is displayed at all- see attached item#2 and item#2objects summary results.

can you please assist us on this?
