Full page response time on the dashboard
we do not see full page response time on the dashboard, whereas what we get is Last response of the monitor. is there any way to include full page response time to dashboard. Please implement this feature, this will help the clients to understand the full-page load time without drilling down to the details.
Allow Account in JSON API Query
We have multiple accounts. When making a query using the JSON API, devices for only one account are returned. I tried to specify the &metasearch=custid:<custid>& parameter like the user interface uses, but the API doesn't respect this value. I verified this through support, who sent me here. Our goal is to include Alertsite data in our observability efforts. Having this feature would allow us to do this.Interface for seeing queued emails for an Insite appliance
Sometimes we have an issue where alert emails stop sending on certain insite appliances. The emails get queued up and when we restart the appliance, they get sent. It would be good to be able to actually see the email queue on the appliance so that we can check this if we stop getting emails. An interface on the Admin site would be great.
Additional data points for "Transaction Step Summary" Report
We will gain more insights if we have the below additional options in"Transaction Step Summary" Report: 1) Have the option to select multiple locations 2) Ability to provide the data at granular level rather than the aggregated level (Example: If we are running the report for last last 7 days or last 1 month, we are seeing in this report, only one data point per transaction step per day which is the aggregated/consolidated value; we want to have the option to view individual data points per script run also in this report)
Ability to include optional Events/actions in the dejaclick scripts
Our client have applications that periodically asks for "Usage Policy Acceptance page" for e.g., say on every 90 days. AFAIK there isn't any option in Deja click recording to add a event or action as a "optional" one while replying. currently there is no offering for setting up monitor offset, any plans to implement this to monitor attributes. i.e., The monitoring schedule: how often to run the monitor and which minute of an hour to start the run. More fine grained permissions - ability to create blackouts, but not edit monitors
Hi - We could benefit from a user role (Operator?) which could set a blackout period, but not edit or delete monitors. I think managing blackouts falls into the category of an operations role, whereas altering/deleting monitors is more of a configuration function. We currently have an issue where we would like our support group to be able to set a blackout period as part of supporting planned maintenance, but they should not be able to delete or alter the monitor itself.Retrieve AlertSite Usage Statistics via API

On the SmartBear AlertSite UI, instead of fixing the data timestamp to GMT, it would be better if we can configure the timestamp of the displayed data (Or) may be, the data can simply be displayed based onend user's device/browser timestamp.Ability to open browser as specific user (to validate SSO)
It would be beneficial if there is an option toopen browser as specific user that will enable us to validate SSO scenario just like how an enterprise end user would access an application. If we are including the login process as part of transaction, then we are not actually emulating the end user and hence this functionality is much required for several use cases that we have.
Make Dejaclick support Angular
Currently when you try and record an Angular Web page in Dejaclick it is hit or miss. Dejaclick does not interact with the Angualr Element, it just clicks and sends keys. If you want to see the issues in action go to www.delta.com and record a flight search. Then play it back. Does not work well. Selenium is better suited for manuvering through Angular Journeys.
Ability to Edit Dashboard "Last Response" to "Page Load"
A regular observer does not understand "Last Response" and we cannot show our dashboard off to our Leadership chain here. All metrics here are based around "Page Load", and it is not possible to sub "Last Response" for "Page Load" on the dashboard column.Ability to change dashboard columns
Currently, only "response time" is available on the list dashboard. This causes a TON of heartburn (I have been forbidden to display the AlertSite dashboard in our NOC) as we are driven by visually complete (page load) metrics for other products. So you can imagine, when our CIO see 3s to load something in one tool, and 8s in AlertSite, I had to explain in his office why we are "lying" to him about the 3s. You can imagine how that conversation went. This issue would be fixed if we could use "page load" as that is our focus. Selenium C# and Loadrunner Cloud Support for Smart Bear Alert Site
We would like to utilize our Automation/Performance scripts for Alert Site Production Monitoring. But our technology stack of Selenium C# and Loadrunner Cloud Scripts are not supported. We want to get a notification (possibly via email) if a specific alert action (email/json post/...) that are associated with a specific monitor are not getting triggered due to any issues with the email recipient/json web hook endpoint recipient/any others. This is essentially required because within SmartBear AlertSite, we can get the report on the recipients who have received the notification for a specific monitor. But, there is no means to get the instant notification when a specific monitors fails and if the associated email alert/json post request is not getting initiated/triggered due to some http 4xx/5xx or any other errors that occurred on the recipient end. In essence, we want to have an email notification triggered from SmartBear AlertSite if any such scenarios occur wherein a monitor fails and the associated alert action is not getting executed. apshuaib,pvdeepu4u ,Bishad,15m (or less!) Currently, APDEX is calculated every hour. This does not work in our business and we need a much finer calculation,preferably every 5 minutes, but would settle for 15 minutes. It goes back to having the dashboard provide tighter time periods as 12 hour minimum is very large. Would love to see last 15 minutes or such. I'd be happy to pay more for the service to facilitate the extra calculations.Upgrade Browsers
We recently upgraded our website, and it requires Firefox version 47 or greater to successfully run a recorded script using DejaClick. When I run it on AlertSite, however, it fails, and I found out that it's because you're still on version 24 of Firefox. the group below only has one member that goes into blackout from 9PM thru 8:30AM. Why does the APDEX continue to span while the availability goes NULL? I would expect the APDEX to go NULL as well during the blackout period. There are no other active monitors in the group below that should be driving APDEX during the blackout it seems.
Create/Edit/Destroy Blackout Periods via API
It would be really useful if you could extend your API to include control of Blackouts. The use case I am thinking of is to include a Blackout period in a build script so that when a build is being deployed by automated build system like Jenkins, we could include a call to the API to create/enable a blackout period, and then when the build is complete destroy or disable the blackout. Such as step performance timings, dejaclick data (keywords/event input//variables/match option, etc etc etc), alert recipient group relationship, template relationships and have this exportable via API. Basically I want to be able to publish everything into a sharepoint site (or whereever) and avoid having to manually create this for operations teams.
AlertSite: Tags for monitors
As an alertsite admin I would like to be able to use the API to take action on monitors based upon tags. For example: Allow our automation to disable all monitors tagged as "Feature A" During a release then enable after the work is done. This allows us to build more monitors withour keeping an internal repository of monitor IDs to take action on.
Copy URL from run history
In the new UI when reviewing a run there is no way to copy the URL that is part of the waterfall. this can only be done manually by standing on the URL and then copying is letter for letter. These URLs are many times very long. This actually used to work and for some reason was stopped where you could click on the link and it would open the URL in a new browser window but again this has stopped working for some reason. thanks!Test On Demand for InSite locations
I would like to have centrally executed test on demand available regardless of the transaction type. This would mean that transactions that are hosted on an Insite appliance could be triggered from the new UI without the need to download the transaction and execute it. Currently there is no way to test alert templates without bogus keywords (for availability alerts) or really low performance thresholds. This is extremely time consuming to have to do this, especially when something I will need to test 20+ times as a new template is being developed. Requirement: to make future blackout window details available over API Right now, although there are API calls which may show historical black-outs, there is no API call that will show the future scheduled blackouts that are visible on-screen. Our client has specifically asked for this as a means to enrich their service offering, by putting out details of future windows automatically on their site. I understand that currently there is no API available to integrate Alertsite with Service now.. The REST APIs are more of a pull mechanism; Please check if there is any POST API solution available to integrate Alertsite with Service now, there by enabling real time transfer of data. It would be great to have that option as that would also help in building an integration with a service management tool which is widely used.. Currently the user role choices are co-admin (modify access to everything), readonly (modify access to nothing), and reportonly (we never use). This config is not very usable in an enterprise withmultiple groups havingdifferent responsibilities.
